Does the City own and maintain this section of roadway? If not, who does? Both segments of roadway are owned by the City. Westbound Dinah Shore, east of Carmax, and Westbound Gerald Ford, east of Dinah Shore are both public ROW in Palm Desert. 2. Was this an isolated pothole or is this section of roadway a bad spot where potholes have developed before? David Reyes drove both segments of street and was unable to locate a pothole. 3. Was the pothole reported prior to (04-01-2024) and did staff fail to repair it? See answer to question #2. 4. Was a repair report completed by City staff or were any pre-repair photos taken? If so, please provide copies of them. See answer to question #2. 5. If a repair report was not prepared and if no photos were taken, what were the approximate dimensions of the pothole (diameter and depth if known)? See answer to question #2.
