Attached is a copy of the subject flyer. Bob Spiegel brought this in this morning and asked
that I make copies for each Councilmember and staff since it is encouraging the vendors
to attend the Council meeting Thursday night.

AS THIS 1991-92 SEASON BEGINS, THE STREET FAIR IS NOW
OPERATING UNDER A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, AND THE LOCAL
CITY ORDINANCES ARE NOT UNDER ATTACH BY THE EL PASEO
MERCHANTS. HOWEVER, THE MERCHANTS ARE CONTINUING TO
ATTACK THE STREET FAIR IN EVERY MANNER POSSIBLE. THE
STREET FAIR VENDORS MUST BE UNITED TO CONTINUE TO FIGHT
