There were (2) two cable inquiries received from Palm Desert residents for the period of August 16,
91995,
through September 5, 1995.
This is for your review and information.
1. August 24, 1995
Mr. Arthur Ford

Mr. Ford has experienced several outages on all channels; and the Colony technician states that
the problem is in the lines on the exterior of the building.
ACTION: Esther Killion will contact the technician who responded to Mr. Ford's call and will ensure
that the problem is corrected.
2. Mr. Vessalel

Mr. Vessalel wanted to know if there was another choice for cable television.
ACTION: Informed Mr. Vessalel that there is another cable television company servicing a small
portion of Palm Desert called Total T.V., and that they might be interested in servicing his
condominium complex.
