There were (5) five cable inquiries received from Palm Desert residents for the period of July 4,
1995, through August 15, 1995.
This is for your review and information.
1. July 14, 1995
Mrs. Hawk

Mrs. Hawk was complaining about the increase in the billing.
ACTION: Not applicable.
2. July 18, 1995
Woman (would not give her name)
The lady was complaining about Colony's cable rates going up due to more cable
channels. She felt that if the customers wanted a various programming they should pay
for it.

encourages increased competition.
