Ms. Russell stated that Colony did notify she and her neighbors that they
would be experiencing outages during the day because of the fiber optic
rebuild, but she wanted to know when they will be completed.
ACTION: I contacted Esther Killion who will confirm with their construction
department that the only remaining work required for Ms. Russell's
neighborhood is a general clean up of the work site, and to connect her area
to the main node which will take two days next week.

almost every day and some of the channels showing the same programs.
ACTION: Contacted Esther Killion, and she informed me that Colony has no
control over the channels with the exception of channel (2) two. Also, Ms.
