There was (1) one cable complaint received from Palm Desert residents for the
period of March 14, 1995, through April 4, 1995.

Mrs. Ladlow had a question about why Colony had some service interruptions during
the day. I called Esther Killion and she explained that some of their work
cannot be done during the day because of noise and safety concerns. This work
is however, related to the new fiber optic rebuild.

Mr. Mathewson asked whether Colony would be offering any new channels in the
future. I explained to him that Continental Cablevision has purchased Colony,
and they will eventually provide some new and varied programming.
