JANES, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT SUBJECT: CABLE COMPLAINTS RECEIVED FROM MARCH 14, 1995, THROUGH APRIL 4, 1995 DATE: APRIL 13, 1995 There was (1) one cable complaint received from Palm Desert residents for the period of March 14, 1995, through April 4, 1995. This is for your review and information. March 14, 1995 9:52 a.m. 568-3791 Faith Ladlow 74-345 Parosella Palm Desert, CA 92260 Mrs. Ladlow had a question about why Colony had some service interruptions during the day. I called Esther Killion and she explained that some of their work cannot be done during the day because of noise and safety concerns. This work is however, related to the new fiber optic rebuild. March 27, 1995 3:15 p.m. 341-5126 Don Mathewson 47-275 Heliotrope Palm Desert, CA 92260 Mr. Mathewson asked whether Colony would be offering any new channels in the future.
