Ms . Patricia Clark

Palm Desert, CA
Ms . Clark called to complain about several channels being out
for one hour. I contacted Esther Killion and requested that
she find out what the problem was, and to restore service as
soon as possible . Ms . Killion called back at 8 : 56 a.m. to
inform us they had not received any other complaints in Ms .
Clark ' s area however, they were going to "roll a truck" to the
Clark residence to look into the problem. At 4 : 15 p.m. , Ms .
Killion called to let us know the problem was resolved. The
technician found Ms . Clark had the mode switched to the VCR
rather than the TV mode which was causing the black outs .
