This is for your review and information. 1 . January 3 , 1995 Received call at 10 : 20 a.m. Ms . June Markovich 72-836 Willow Street Palm Desert 619-346-6460 Ms . Markovich had a question regarding the Colony rate charges . She wanted to know if there is more than one rate. I explained that there is one rate for the fiber optic upgrade areas , and another for areas which have not been wired with the new fiber optics . 2 . December 28, 1994 Received call at 9 : 45 a .m. Mr. Gil Holmes DESERT GREENS Palm Desert Homeowners Association Board Treasurer 43-871 Via Granada Palm Desert 619-345-0590 In the last two weeks, Mr. Holmes has been experiencing outages primarily with the Los Angeles channels . CABLE COMPLAINTS JANUARY 12 , 1995 PAGE 2 I contacted Esther Killion at Colony CableVision who explained that there had been some outages of the Los Angeles channels . This has been occuring since Christmas Eve due to the heavy snow falling in the San Bernardino Snow Peak Mountain. Their Los Angeles feeds comes from Mountain Wilson to a microwave transmission in Ontario, then to Snow Peak, then to the Whitewater switching relay station, and onto Colony' s main plant . Ms .
