SUBJECT: FISCAL YEAR 1992-93 ASSESSMENTS FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 3
(VINEYARD)

RECOMMENDATION:
Waive further reading and adopt Resolution No. 9 2-62 levying the fiscal year
1992-93 assessments for the subject district.
BACKGROUND:
This assessment district was formed under the Landscaping and Lighting Act of
1972, as outlined in the California Streets and Highways Code, and a public
hearing is required at a regular Council meeting before August 10, 1990, to levy
annual assessments.
At the regular Council meeting of May 28, 1992, a resolution of intention to levy
and collect assessments for the subject district was passed and a public hearing
legally noticed for June 25, 1992, at 7:00 p.m. An Engineers Report, as required
by the Streets and Highways Code, has been on file with the City Clerk and
available for review prior to the public hearing.
Exhibit "A" to the resolution lists the amount of the fiscal year 1992-93
assessment for each parcel within the district described in the Engineers Report.
Public Works staff recommends adoption of Resolution No. 9 2-62 establishing
the assessments, as listed on Exhibit A, for parcel ithin the subject.
