Folkers, Assistant City Manager/Public Works Director SUBJECT: FORMATION OF LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING DISTRICT NO. 92-7 (WARING COURT) DATE: May 28, 1992 RECOMMENDATION: By minute motion adopt Resolution No. 9 2-48 approving the engineer's report and setting a public hearing for the formation of the subject district. BACKGROUND: The developers of Tract 25304, Waring Court have petitioned the City for the formation of the necessary maintenance district to maintain the public improvements installed adjacent to the project on the northeast corner of Phyllis Jackson and Fred Waring Drives. The subdivision consists of 16 parcels and the developer maintains control of at least 50 percent of the properties. The developer has paid a fee to the City for the necessary engineering and reports for the establishment of the district. The completed engineer's report is hereby submitted to the City Council for review, and approval . A public hearing is required so the affected property owners can address the Council on this matter. Public Works staff recommends that the City Council , by resolution, approve the engineer's report as presented and give no 'ce of the public hearing. RICHARD J. FOLKER P.E.
