The contractor has acknowledged receipt of our tender. (see email below) If I am understanding his email correctly, they have accepted our tender but will be denying the claim. We will tender the claim from here but will not accept any responsibility for road hazard damage. Nothing we do on a job site is capable of causing said damage.
