It requires the statement to be posted on the internet website of the elections official, permits the statement to be included in a voter's pamphlet that is electronically distributed, and prohibits the statement from being included in a voter's pamphlet that is printed and mailed to voters. Supporting unique offerings like the Acrisure Arena, Desert Willow Golf Resort, Palm Desert Aquatic Center, and reimagining the Palm Desert Mall, encourage visitors and residents to shop, stay, and enjoy Palm Desert. We must continue to address our unique needs in North Palm Desert: • Dust Mitigation & Air Quality • Review and address relevant zoning ordinances for housing and commercial construction • Ensure quality housing for all, including retirees, our workforce professionals, teachers, and first responders • Develop a town center with commercial uses and a regional park • Broad Band Plan enhancing connectivity for businesses and residents • Expand Cal State University Palm Desert Campus It is an honor to serve our community.
