Businessman: I hold a business license to run a rental management company in Palm Desert, qualifying me to use the term "Businessman." This designation accurately reflects my professional status and is a significant aspect of my daily activities. 3. Clarity and Informative Value: These designations are both accurate and informative, fulfilling the intent of the Secretary of State's regulations to provide voters with relevant information about my professional background. They most directly relate to the position I am seeking on the City Council. 4. Compliance with Word Count: As per the regulations, geographical names such as "Palm Desert" are considered one word.
