Executive Summary: The subject request involves a Grant of Easement for the installation of an underground electrical system, which will serve the Carver residence located at 72275 Upper Way West. The proposed easement is located within an existing access easement over property that is owned by the City of Palm Desert (Government Lot 61). All work will occur in the disturbed area that serves as property access.
