DISCUSSION: Southern California Edison is requesting that the City enter into an easement agreement along with with the Palm Desert Country Club Association for electrical service at the Palm Desert Country Club Neighborhood Park site. The easement will serve both the park and the Sprint communication tower. The City is party to the easement agreement due to the City's existing site lease with the association. The enclosed assessor's parcel map shows the location of the proposed easement. This property is under lease from the City of Palm Desert to the Palm City Association.
