Haw w >, n a � aa z � z •u'r4>o DISCUSSION: The Charitable Contributions/Outside Agency Committee met on several occasions to discuss the budgeting and allocation of monies to charitable agencies. The following, named agencies are those who have accepted their agreement and have returned same for execution. As the remainder of the agreements are returned, they will be brought to you for your approval. Based on the current, completed requests, the committee recommends funding of the following: A. CHAMBER OF COMMERCE $ 95,000.00 A B. THE YMCA 54 000.00 C. ALTERNATIVES TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE $ 4,985.00 D. COACHELLA VALLEY MOUNTAINS CONSERVANCY $ 5,000.00 E. FOOD IN NEED OF DISTRIBUTION $ 10,000.00 F. HUMANE SOCIETY OF THE DESERT $ 9,650.00 G. RETIRED & SENIOR VOLUNTEER PROGRAM $ 6,290.00 Respectfully submitted, Reviewed and concur, 1 pcjAu_______ A,:).
