This effort has been aided by the City's Technology Committee. The current agreement is due to expire June 30, 2001. With no substantial progress being recognized from the aforementioned negotiations, staff is recommending that the City Council extend the existing agreement by one year. We will continue to be open to meetings with Time Warner and listening to any new recommendations it may have. Su ittey: • SHEILA R. GI LIG CITY COUNCILCTION: al.
