Executive Summary: At the May 27, 2004 meeting the City Council directed staff to acquire the necessary easements to provide public access on Calle de Los Campesinos. We have worked with the CVWD staff and have prepared the necessary documents for the Grant of Easement. Therefore, staff recommends that City Council, by minute motion, approve the Grant of Easement documents as to form and that staff be authorized to present the documents to CVWD and request that the easement be granted.
