Logos should be centered vertically on the panel.
Given the proposed height and width of the sign, it appears as a large wall
in the pedestrian walkway.
The color of the monument sign cabinet, sides and rear, should have more
contrast, consider the color of the building awnings.
The sign design is very minimal, the architecture of the monument sign
should tie into the architecture of the building.
The proposed location for the sign would be obstructed by current
landscaping. Concern for removal or loss of landscaping to accommodate
the sign’s location was expressed.
Details of existing landscaping and any plant material that may be
restored are needed to illustrate accurate conditions for the sign.
