ACTION CALENDAR 8.a APPROVE THE PROPOSED MEDIA PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 Stephanie Greene, of FG Creative, provided the Marketing Plan and Budget plan and answered Board Member questions. Motion Carried (7 to 0) 8.b PROVIDE FEEDBACK ON COURTESY CART PROGRAM Public Affairs Manager Soule announced that the courtesy cart would have new wrapping for the fall 2024 season and presented an example of cart street signage. Feedback was provided; No formal action taken. 8.c FASHION WEEK ON EL PASEO AND PALM DESERT FOOD AND WINE UPDATE Paulina Larson, Palm Springs Life Magazine, narrated a presentation and answered Board Member questions. COMMENTS 9.a EL PASEO PARKING AND BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOARD MEMBERS Chair Klein reminded Board Members to complete the Farmer's Market survey. Public Affairs Manager Soule added City staff will be visiting merchants to update them on the fall concrete project and ask them to complete the Farmer's Market survey. Board Member Stauber announced her new store, Grayseful, opening in September 2024. 9.b CITY COUNCIL LIAISON Mayor Pro Tem Harnik announced that City Council had begun their summer recess; suggested that the Board review street parking availability for visitors to El Paseo. 9.c CITY STAFF None. 9.d ATTENDANCE REPORT Report provided; no action taken on this item. 10.
