Three major concerns of the design :
1 . Total loss of parking spaces .
2 . Circulation with center parks/roundabout.
3. Concern regarding benches in pocket parks.
Option 1 — Repave parking lots with similar layout.
Option 2 — Reconstruct parking lots based on approved concept
Option 3 — Reconstruct parking lots with reduced pocket parks
Option 4 — Reconstruction parking lots w/o center pocket parks
and mini roundabout.
