I , CITY OF PALM DESERT CITY MANAGER STAFF REPORT REQUEST: Approve underground easement with Southern California Edison for the southeast corner of Ironwood Park SUBMITTED BY: Pat Conlon, Special Projects Administrator DATE: July 10, 2003 CONTENTS: Grant of easement Site Map RECOMMENDATION By Minute Motion: Approve the easement with Southern California Edison for the installation of underground conduit at Ironwood Park. DISCUSSION This easement is necessary for the installation of underground conduit for the Silver Spur Ranch underground Assessment District 01-01. The easement is for a 5' wide 46' long strip of land at the southeast corner of the Ironwood Park parcel. Public Works staff has reviewed and also recommends approval of this easement. A site map is included for your review.
