Does the City own and/or maintain the roadway and bike lane? If so, please provide copies of all historical inspection and maintenance records and photographs. If the City doesn’t own and/or maintain the bike lane, who does? Does this section of bike lane have a documented history of complaints? If so, please provide copies of all records regarding same. Does the City have a formal bike lane inspection program? If so, please provide a copy of it. Does the Department have plans to make any changes to the bike lane? What is the street lane width and the speed limit at the loss location? Any prior notice, complaints or losses involving this location? Are the As Built plans for the bike lane available? Provided copy of any scene inspections along with photographs that may have been taken. Please forward a copy of any Traffic Collision Report that may have been completed. Thank you. William L.
