This is sent in follow-up to out telephone conversation today in which your client has agreed to settle this case for our offer of $100,000.00. Attached is our release of all claims
to resolve this matter. Have you client execute the release and return it to me via e-mail in this office. Once we have received the properly executed release, payment will be requested.
Payments are issued on Tuesday and sent in the U.S. Mail. I have also enclosed a W-9 form that we request be completed for your firm. Once payment has been received, please provide
dismissal for this case.
