Based on the description given, there was only one tree that may have been the one described. Please see the attached photos and work history on the tree. Once you receive the pictures and information from the gentlemen, please forward those to me so that I can definitively identify the tree. He was walking on the two concrete walkways that have trees in between them. He states that on the left hand side, second tree in, there is a 4 inch round branch (67 inches off the ground) that is a hazard. He indicates he suffered a serious head injury from it. The incident occured on Sunday April 11th. Please have someone go out there and investigate and correct if necessary. Also, it is important that photographs and measurements be taken before and after any remedial action. He is going to send me his photos and I will forward them once they arrive. Thanks!
