Does the City own and maintain this section of roadway? If not, who does? Was this an isolated pothole or is this section of roadway a bad spot where potholes have developed before? Was the pothole reported prior to the accident and did staff fail to repair it? Was a repair report completed by City staff or were any pre-repair photos taken? If so, please provide copies of them. If a repair report was not prepared and if no photos were taken, what were the approximate dimensions of the pothole (diameter and depth if known)? If a police report as prepared, please provide a copy of it. Thank you. William L.
