CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
December 2024
Positive Feedback: 56
•“Less bureaucratic than before. Easygoing. Looking forward to the collection growing and the new building.”
•“Link+ and PressReader are great benefits."
•"Patron shared:it is so nice, clean, and pretty. She says she lives in Canada and that she likes it here and that
she appreciates everything that we do and what we offer to the public. She is excited to add more libraries to her Libby
(eReader) account and for her husband to use PressReader. Her daughter, son-in-law, and grandkid are here to visit and they
came to storytime and they liked the books and songs. They appreciate what we have for kids too.”
•"Happy to be around books,a serene environment, and helpful employees."
Negative Feedback: 4
•I had a patron ask about putting in holds that will activate on a future date. I told I told her that is something we can do on the
backend if she calls us, but it wasn't something she could do from the online catalog. She told me to ask if we could add the
feature because she likes to order her book club books in advance and have them be ready for her the month she needs
them.
•The program could have been longer. Interesting subject. Good presenter. I'd like more of such presentations that have an
intellectual benefit.17
