BACKGROUND/ANALYSIS: It’s time to begin planning for the FY 25-26 budget, which this year will entail the following:  Goal-setting session  Recommended marketing plan to achieve those goals  Budget approval These steps can be worked into the Board’s regular meetings, or a special meeting may be called for one or more steps. Staff recommends one special meeting for the goal-setting session in late March or early April, date and time to be selected by the Board. The recommended marketing plan could then be presented at the April Board meeting, with final budget approval on the agenda for the May meeting.
