Congratulations! As a reminder, stipends can be used to fund author visits, special events, contests, Book
Clubs, Summer Reading programs, displays, etc. that engage constituents with and in thelibrary around the National Day of Racial Healing. As a recipient, you agree to deliver a final
report within two weeks of the event. If photographs or images are part of the report, youmust include digital copies (300 dpi images or higher) of all release-signedphotographs. These reports may be posted, with permission of the recipient, to any ALA
website/webpage, ALA publication, and WKKF’s DayofRacialHealing.org. To ensure timely processing of your funds, please complete the form available at thislink and upload your W-9.
