Hi Skky,
Based on the conversation with the designer — they are not billing us because we were
overbilled since the beginning of the contract. They are working on reducing the amount, but as
of November, we still have not received an updated bill. I have requested documentation
showing this balance but have not yet received it.
I will keep your team updated as soon as I start receiving this documentation.

Good morning Lucero,
Can we get an update on the following grant?
Climate resiliency and community access grant - Is there going to be a third payment? If so, can you
please send the documentation to us for review before submission? Yes, quarterly reports are being
submitted to keep the agency updated, however we have not submitted a payment request. Since I
am no longer approving invoices for this project I’m not sure if we’ve accumulated enough expenses
to request reimbursement. Looping in Lucero to advise.

Good afternoon,
Can you please provide an update for the following grants:

Outdoor recreation legacy program The City was being considered for this grant, but following
federal reduction in grant funds I was informed this program was no longer funded.
The Land and Water Conservation Fund I received a call last week that the City is being
considered for award. A pre-award on site meeting is scheduled for November 13. If the City
receives these funds there will be a need for oversight on the achievement of the grant
workplan, budget monitoring, payment requests, etc. I’m happy to help wherever needed. The
amount is $6M in matching funds.
Please forward any documentation regarding the grants to Tristan and me.
