Funds will be used to hire a consulting firm to work as a third party in assisting the city to develop a climate action plan. the contracted entity will
work alongside the city to establish a comprehensive plan that will guide all future development and day to day operations for the city to reach
climate goals and ensure energy efficiencies are met. the plan will set out clear goals and suggested actions that the city can take to meet the
energy goals of the state. the funding from this grant will pay for the consulting services that will provide a comprehensive audit and strategy to
the city.
