Pending: Select this option if the metric is applicable to your project per the Community Benefits Plan (CBP) or Energy Efficiency and Conversation Strategy and not yet implemented.
Yes: Select this option if you have implemented the intended metric.
No: Select this option if you intended to implement this metric per the CBP or EECS and were unable to implement.
N/A: Select this option if you did not intend to implement this metric per the CBP or EECS.
Column D: Fill out the Additional Values as applicable. For Anticipated or Actual Dates indicate the date the event took place.

Good Jobs Metrics
1. Is there a project labor agreement (PLA) for the construction project?
2. Is there a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) for the project's non-construction work?
3. Has the recipient pledged neutrality with respect to union organizing?
4. Does the project have a workplace health and safety plan that was designed and is implemented in partnership with employees?
5. Is the recipient contributing to or otherwise supporting registered apprenticeship programs (e.g., financial support, hiring participants, providing training materials and facilities,
etc.)?
5a. Is the recipient contributing or otherwise supporting non-registered apprenticeship joint-labor management or other training program?
6. Is the recipient offering support services to workers or training participants (e.g., child care, transportation)?
7. Does the recipient have a formal Diversity, Equity, Access, and Inclusion (DEIA) Plan?
8. Does the project have a formal anti-discrimination or anti-harassment program or plan?
9. Does the project have specific objective for hiring of underrepresented or disadvantaged groups? (See https://www.dol.gov/general/good-jobs/principles for more information on underrepresented
communities) All hiring efforts and initiatives are subject to equal protection and nondiscrimination laws?
10. In support of second chance opportunities, does the recipient refrain from asking about job applicants' criminal records, arrest history, or any other history with the justice system?
11. Is the recipient contributing to, or otherwise supporting pre-apprenticeship programs connected to registered apprenticeship (e.g., financial support, hiring participants, providing
training materials and facilities, etc.)?
12. Does the recipient have specific goals for the hiring of local workers?
13. Is the recipient taking other steps to create good-paying jobs with the free and fair choice to join a union and strong labor standards and equitable pathways into these jobs?
