Just a few updates. I have the final report completed, except I’m just awaiting verification of one last financial item from a consultant. That should be figured out this week, and
I should submit the report accordingly.
Also, I’m working on setting up accounts to request reimbursement through the Delphi eInvoicing System (nobody in the City has access). Attached is the request to the email address

The period of performance for your SS4A grants ended on Sunday, July 20, 2025. This is a reminder that your SS4A Final Report and grant closeout documents for the Palm Desert Vision
Zero Strategy, 693JJ32340466 are due. You will need to complete the necessary closeout actions, including submitting your Final Reports. Please take the steps described below in accordance
with the requirements specified in your grant agreement, the Terms and Conditions, and 2 CFR §200.344 (Closeout) through 346. The Final Report and other closeout materials are due no
later than 120 days after the end of the period of performance.
Final Report:
The SS4A Planning and Demonstration Final Report includes up to four components. The first component, Overview<https://url.us.m.mimecastprotect.com/s/JhhQCDk7rDh5x5Z2FAiZujxca_?domain=forms.office.co
m>, is required for all Planning and Demonstration Grant recipients. Up to three additional components are required based on the type of work performed. Please use the links below to
complete the Overview form and additional forms relevant to your grant. You do not need to complete a form for activities that are not part of your SS4A award.

Closeout:
Initiate the closeout process by notifying via email your FHWA Point of Contact (POC) that the work authorized in the grant agreement is complete.
Required documents:
• Final reimbursement request (SF-270). Please be sure to mark your final reimbursement request as “Final” in box 1.b. at the top of the SF-270.
• Final Federal Financial Report (SF-425). Please be sure to mark your final SF-425 as “Final” in box 6.
• Additional documents requested by your FHWA POC, as applicable.
Note: All quarterly and final reports must be accounted for to process any reimbursement claims and close out the grant. Failure to submit the required documents and final reimbursement
requests could result in the forfeiture of remaining grant funds, noncompliance with federal requirements, and potentially impact eligibility for future Federal funding.
