A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM
DESERT, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 39276
FOR FINANCING AND CONVEYANCE PURPOSES LOCATED SOUTH
OF FRANK SINATRA DRIVE AND WEST OF PORTOLA AVENUE.
WHEREAS, Parcel Map conforms to the requirements of the Subdivision Map Act
and City Ordinances; and
WHEREAS, the Tentative Tract Map 39276 (TTM 39276) was approved on
November 4, 2025 by Planning Commission Resolution 2903 to subdivide a 81.43-acre
property into eleven (11) lots for finance and conveyance purposes only located south of
Frank Sinatra Drive and West of Portola Avenue (APN : 620-170-009). Tract Map 39276
serves as a Finance Map to facilitate the financing and conveyance but does not allow
for any construction; and
WHEREAS, TTM 39276 has no conditions of approval and the Final Subdivision
Map of Tract Map 39276 has been deemed technically correct by the City Engineer .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm
Desert, California, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the foregoing Recitals are true and correct and are incorporated
herein by this reference.
SECTION 2. The Final Subdivision Map of Parcel Map 39276, City of Palm Desert,
California, is hereby approved as the official map of said tract, subject to the conditions
of the Tentative Map.
SECTION 3. The Director of Development Services is directed to process the
Parcel Map for recording upon receipt of the required payment of all fees.
SECTION 4. Effective Date. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
this adoption.
