REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
1. CALL TO ORDER
A Regular Meeting of the El Paseo Parking and Business Improvement District Board
was called to order by Chair Klein on May 29, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. in the Administrative
Conference Room, City Hall, located at 73-510 Fred Waring Drive, Palm Desert,
California.

5.a APPROVE FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 EL PASEO PARKING AND BUSINESS
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (EPPBID) BOARD BUDGET
Stephanie Greene, FG Creative consultant, narrated a PowerPoint presentation
and responded to Committee Member's inquiries.
Public Affairs Manager Soule responded to Committee Member's inquiries
concerning previous budget increases.
Motion by: Board Member Fletcher
Seconded by: Vice-Chair Elliott
Approved Fiscal Year 2025-26 EPPBID Budget as presented.
Motion Carried (6 to 0)

6.d CITY STAFF
Business and Community Outreach Coordinator Mager, provided a reminder of
the Putt Putt El Paseo event taking place on May 29, 2025, and dining deck
update for the El Paseo street rehabilitation project beginning mid -June 2025.
7. REQUESTS FOR ACTION
Chair Klein, with support of Vice Chair Elliott, requested the following discussions be
placed on a future agenda:
Courtesy Cart signage; and
Acrisure Arena co-op sponsorship.
8. ADJOURNMENT
The El Paseo Parking and Business Improvement District Board adjourned at 9:53 a.m.
