NOTICE OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES
Notice is hereby given that the Palm Desert Housing Authority (“Housing Authority”)
may have affordable housing opportunities. The Housing Authority owns and operates
fifteen (15) multi-family and senior properties that include studios, one- and two-
bedroom units. The Housing Authority also monitors resales for ownership properties
that are restricted as affordable. If you are interested in affordable housing in the City of
Palm Desert please visit the Housing Authority’s website www.pdhousingauthority.org

viviendas para personas de bajos ingresos. Palm Desert Housing Authority es

para familias y personas de la tercera edad que incluyen estudios y unidades de una y
dos recámaras. Palm Desert Housing Authority también monitorea las reventas de las
