The applicant shall grant easement rights over the parking lot area to the City of Palm Desert in a form acceptable to the City Attorney. 15. Colors are approved as shown. 16. This approval is contingent upon Planning Commission approval of Case No. CUP 07-76, and City Council approving the abandonment of a portion of the right-of-way along De Anza Way.
