BANK OF AMERICA SIGN PLAN
1. The development of this project shall conform to all plans submitted in
behalf of this case, Exhibits I and J, and as revised according to Plan-
� ; ning Commission action. Any minor changes require approval by the Direc-
� tor of Environmental Services. Any substantial change requires approval
by the Design Review Board and Planning Commission.
2. All requirements of any law, ordinance, or regulation of the State, City,
and any other applicable government entity shall be complied with as a
part of the development process.
3. Drainage and revised parking lot layout plan are approved.
4. Traffic signs shall be provided as required by the City Engineer.
5. The following signage is approved:
a) Delete all "A" and "B" signs and the ground plaque.
b) Chains shall be permitted at both ends of the window teller access
aisle.
c) One (1) "hours of operation" sign shall be permitted at the entrance
to the window teller access aisle.
d) "C", "D", and "F" signs are approved, white letters on gold back-
ground, with a maximum sign height of 4.5 feet, with landscaping
around the base. �
" e) One (1) non-illuminated monument sign as detailed on Exhibit J is
— approved with white letters, gold background, and black trim at
the northeast corner of E1 Paseo and San Luis Rey.
f) One (1) logo sign (gold letters on black background) is approved
for the north face of the building - not to exceed a maximum height
on the wall of twenty (20) f eet.
g) Delete "Bank of America" wall signs from west and east elevations.
6. Approve light standard WTC, Kim Lighting Inc. , for use in parking lot.
AGREEMENT
I accept and agree, prior to use of this permit or approval, to comply with all
the conditions set forth, and understand that the Department of Building �nd Safety
will not issue a building permit or allow occupancy on the use permitted �until this
signed confirmation has been received by the Department of Environmental Services.
