STAFF RECOMIITENDATION : The applicant has redesigned the studio portion of the complex by extending the roofing so that the overall design of the complex is greatly improved. Studio portion of the structure shall be more fully integrated architecturally with the rest of the structure . 4. For traffic safety purposes, the most southerly driveway shall be eliminated. 5. Ground identification sign shall be moved southerly to avoid line- of-sight problems. 6. No signs other than the temporary sign are approved as part of the preliminary approval . 7. Northerly 10' strip shall be intensively landscaped. 8. Applicant shall provide a minimum of one handicapped parking space no less than 11 ' in width. 9. Modify the entrance to the building by providing a ramp with rails for the physically handicapped. 10. Provide a 6 ' - wall along the north and northeast side of the property. In addition, a more detailed landscaping plan is being required.
