This is the property that surrounds present property. We have worked with the Boyer Development Company over the past few months and have found them very cooperative. We have reache� agreement on a number of issues . At this point we do not know if they intend to install lights on the two tennis courts they are planning so we are bringing before you our thoughts and feelings on this item. We do NOT have lights on o��r pres2nt courts - they are used only in the daylight hours. The ten owners that have windows facing the courts are op�osed to lights because of obstructing the view at night and also the noise problem that night tennis would create. If Boyer Construction was to light the courts that they build directly behind ours, then our ten member/owners would be inconvienced just as though we had liqhts on ours. If you feel that you must allow lights on Boyers courts then we certainly hope that you will condition lights only on recessed (4 ' minimum) courts. The mountains to the West of our property are beautiful at night and lighted tennis courts would cut off this view. � Thank you for your consideration.
