Drive and Cactus Drive.
Case No. VAR 08-80 - Approval of a Variance from building height standards
to allow construction of a two-story triplex within an R-3, 20,000 (3),
S.P. Zone adjacent to an R-1 zone generally lcoated on the east side of
Ocotillo Drive, 120 feet north of Verba Santa Drive.
