1. Any person wishing to discuss any it�n not othezwise on the agenda
may address the c�tission at thi.s point by stepping to the
lectern and qiving his/her name and address for the record.
Remarks shall be l.imited to a maxi►rnun of five minutes unless
additional time is autYiorized by the connni_ssion.
2. This is the time and place for any person who wishes to conanent on
non-hearing agenda items. It should be noted that at conanission
