Commissioner Holden thought that the sign and the lettering were

Commissioner Cook indicated that he felt that the applicant could
increase the size of lettering on the sign if the graphics were
deleted. He felt that the graphics should be deleted from both the
signs.
The applicant indicated that the red color of the letters would be
the same as the sign to the east (Sports Fever) .
Moved by Commissioner Cook, seconded by Commissioner Holden to

Mr. Fox indicated that the awning could be moved if another tree was
removed or the bell front of the awnina was made flat.

removed if the awning was belled on both ends.

The applicant did not have approval from the association. He
questioned if there would be a problem with the awning having a
three foot overhang on the sidewalk.
