Chairman Gregory questinPd the size and description of the propase
sign. Mr. Unruh noted that the sign was a plexiglass, internall,y
iliuminted burgundy and grey sign that is to be 24" X 10' .
Chairmn Gregor,v felt that as long as the sign was small enough and
of similar appearance to other signs in the area, he would be for
approval . He did feel that architecturally the sign shoul he
smiter in proportion to the building. Commissioner Gok inhiCted
that most. signs in that area were 18 or 12 inches in height.
Commissioner Martin feit that having a sign on each face and the
signs being internally illuminate was acceptablP. He thought that
the size could be rduced without damaging th visiility of the
sian.
Chairman Gregory suggested that the sign be a mximum f 8 teet in
length and keep the 24" height. The applicant was cncerned with
crowding the letters.
Cmmissioner Drury suggested that te pplicant delete the lgo to
provide additional room for the lettering. Ccammissioner McCre
suctgested that the applicant enlarge the word "UniquP" nd have
"propert,v services" in smller letters.

approve thP sign in lieu of the previous approval subject to tre
following :onditions.
