Mr. Bill Bird expl�ined tt��t. they are � smali business trying to get
some tvpe of identity t� iet p�op7e know where they are l�cat�d. He
indicated that he was wii 'ling to work with thE corrzmissiun t� find a
sign that would be a�prc�priate. He ques� ioned the use of �
fr�estand i n�.� s i gn.

Commissioner Martin didn't have a problem with Hertz h�ving a siqn
as long as it was designed correctly. The space for a free�tandin�
sicrn has been utilized.

Commissioner Mar�tin st�ted that he liked the different level towers
and haped that the applicant woulc! go to city c�uncil for apprav�i
�f the ��lans as drawn. He a1s�a liked th� sty1P of the praject.
MT-. t�ombs indicated that th� r�oors to the rooms w�r� reces�ed in
1F3' . Commis5ioner Martin questioned the problem with th� mx�id
carts that would be s�en. Mr. Combs indic�ted that thev would
remain in the receas and not be seen.
The landsc�pe archi�ec•t proceeded to ex�lain the landscape �ian and
i ndi cated t.hat there wou id be water feature:� thrc�ughout the pr�.�ject.

Applir_ant submitted photos of the propose� building and indic�teci
that once their sanctuar_y was �uilt the temp�.�r�ry would t�e rPmoved.
Mr. Weller nc�ted that the tem�arary huilding has to be hancfi .r..ap
acc:essi�ile and advised the apr�licant to speak with the truildinc�
department for further inform�tion.
