Cannissioner Holden felt the sign looked like a maz�que and thought the lettering could be more interesting. Catmissioner Drury felt there was a horrendpus parking problem at this center naw. She thought a restudy of the entire parki.ng area was needed correcting the internal congestion problem. She felt the city w�uld be real r�r►iss when they allow another building to be added into this center. Applicant noted that the building was 5,400 square feet which is smaller that what was originally appraved. Mr. Drell suggested the commission ask the public works depart�ne.nt to study the circulation recannending imprc�vements on the parking lot congestion.
