Commissioner Urrutia's concerns were essentially the same as presented at March 13th meeti.ng. He did r�ot feel the awning was the an..�wer to the sun problem as far as the architectural design of the building. He felt it did riot canpl�ment the architecture of the building and would like to see a more permanent s�ructure. Commissioner Urrutia wanted to see the fascia elements of the building continued. Comnissianer Urrutia's felt that the steepness of the roof caused the building to look very massive with the roof being vezy aver- powering. Camtission w�ould like to see the averhang extended providing shade protectian, and bringing the columns out away fran the building. Steve Smith rioted that the parking lay out was previously approved on the site plan. Ms. Sass noted that the txash area w�ould have to be moved as the area was needed for t,urn around space for the loadirig dor.k.
