Re: TfMs 34055, 34057, 34074 Extension
Mr. Bagato,
The University Park Master Plan along with 3 Tentative Tract Maps(TTM) were approved on May
10, 2006. Overall,the future build out of these individual tracts and the University Park site as a
whole are tied together by the Community Facilities District(CFD)and a city development
agreement which extends the plan for at least 10 years.
Although the TTMs are connected to the larger University Park Master Plan, I am uncertain
whether or not we need to go through normal procedures for requesting an extension for TfMs
34055, 34057, and 34074. So,with this memo,I am formally requesting that these 3 TTMs receive
an extension. If the City of Palm Desert determines that this process is not necessary then please
provide me evidence of this decision in writing.Otherwise, I would like to see the TTM extension
placed on the Commission's schedule for approval.
