There is so much on going construction Permitted and Non- Permitted on both sides of his home; it gives him the opportunity to Orchestrate what he needs to try to get approval. Or is it because the exciting roof structure was not legal and not Permitted with out Safety Inspection,that Mr. Toia thinks he has permission to do the same?
