The above-referenced parcel map waiver has been reviewed by the Engineering Division
of the Public Works Department and found to be technically correct. Please schedule for
Planning Commission action as soon as possible. Work has already been done on
Transfer Parcel A without benefit of a grading permit or wall permit; reference is hereby
made to the attached photographs and to the e-mail to the Building and Safety
Department.

Per the discussion in the Planning Dept. today, please inform the appropriate staff to hold all inspections at 201
Wiketmal in Bighorn until further notice by Public Works staff. A Parcel Map Waiver for a lot line adjustment application
has been submitted for an area within the adjoining lot where grading work has been done and a rock retaining wall
constructed without approved plans and permits. Please see the attached photographs.
